By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from any of our sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our sites or services.

1. Privacy & Security

By using our Sites or purchasing from us, you agree to our Privacy Policy, including our information collection, use, and sharing practices. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Terms will control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Product Descriptions, Pricing, and Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability information. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund, if eligible under our Refund Policy.

We may limit order quantities or cancel orders for products that are unavailable, even after you receive an order confirmation or shipping notice. We may also cancel orders placed using incorrect pricing or promotional codes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country, or have parental consent, to use our Sites. By using our Sites, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Cookierista, LLC is not responsible for the conduct of any user.

You agree to use our Sites and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Sites, accounts, or systems.
• Use the Sites to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm others.
• Use automated means (such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access or collect data from the Sites without our express written permission.
• Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Sites or interfere with any other party’s use.

We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.

7. Digital Products & License

All Cookierista, LLC digital products, including PDF guides and eBooks, are original creations. When you purchase from us, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the file for personal purposes only, subject to the following terms:

Permitted Use:

• Use for personal purposes only.

Strictly Prohibited:

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing the digital file in any form.
• Sharing, gifting, or reselling the digital file—modified or unmodified.
• Altering or editing the file and selling it as a new product.
• Uploading, posting, or making the file publicly available for download (paid or free).
• Using the file for any commercial purposes, including Print-on-Demand (POD) services.

Unauthorized use, distribution, reproduction, or modification of Cookierista, LLC digital products violates our terms and may result in legal action.

8. Payment Policy

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods through Payhip and Stripe. Payment must be completed before access to digital products, courses, or event registration is granted.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final.

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads (e.g., PDF guides, eBooks), all sales are final and non-refundable.
• Physical Products: Cookie and cake mixes, fresh sourdough starter, mugs, and t-shirts are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging to request a replacement or store credit.
• Online Courses: All online course sales are final. Failure to attend live sessions or access self-paced courses does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
• In-Person Classes: Tickets for in-person classes are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another individual with prior written notice at least 48 hours before the event, provided the recipient agrees to our policies. If Cookierista cancels an event and cannot reschedule, a full refund will be issued.

10. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or policies of third-party sites or tools. Use of such tools or sites is at your own risk.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our Sites, including text, graphics, logos, images, digital products, and software, is the property of Cookierista, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Sites without our express written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, specifically Orange County, FL, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Orange County, FL, unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
